Laminating Machine Operating Procedure

Release date:

2021-12-18

The distance between the feed dog and the tissue paper should be around 0.5 cm, with the suction nozzle positioned symmetrically opposite the paper. Additionally, the pressure from the feed roller at the front nip of the tissue paper must remain consistent.

The width of the paper path should be determined based on the size of the sheet material.

Normally, it should extend 0.5 cm beyond the facestock to ensure smooth feeding into the machine. Additionally, the upper cloth belt pressure roller on the machine must be aligned symmetrically with the facestock, and the distance from the last pressure roller to the front guide should be properly adjusted.
