Flexo printer double slotter die-cutter
- Touch screen operation and motorized operation, auto reset, phase save, order storage.
- Drive gears are adopted 20CrMnTi alloy steel, carburizing quenching treatment, hardness HRC58-62.
- Auto spray type lubrication, equipped with automatic balancing device to keep oil level same for each unit.
- Working gap is adjusted by PLC and touch screen which makes the adjustment fast, accurate and convenient.
1. Lead edge feeder:
- Servo control lead edge feeder or mechanicial type lead edge feeder is optional.
- Vaccuum transfer
- Equipped with dust removal device.
- Side guide pusher, back stop position and feeding gap are adjusted automatically or motorized.
2. Printer unit
- Vaccuum transfer. Feeding wheel is coated with ceramic to increase the friction and more durable.
- Ratcget fixed shaft.
- Printing cylinder/impression roll gap automatic/motorized adjustment.
- Vacuum suction box gap automatic/motorized adjustment.
- Doctor blade inking system or rubber roll inking system is optional.
- Printing cylinder lateral movement +/-10mm.
3. Drying unit
- Adopt infrared drying method to dry the ink and varnishing oil.
- Drying box up/down pneumatic control.
- Drying width can be chosen according to sheet width.
- Vacuum transfer.
- Extended drying unit is optional.
4. Double slotter unit
- Two blade shafts, one creasing shaft and one pre-creasing shaft
- Slotting blade position automatic control.
- Carton height automatic adjustment.
- Slotting gap and creasing gap automatic/motorized adjustment.
5. Die-cutting unit
- Die-cutting cylinder is treatment by computer dynamic balance correction, surface is reground and chrome plated.
- Rubber anvil cylinder lateral movement +/-20mm.
- Automatic regrinding device for rubber anvil.
- Rubber anvil cylinder automatic up/down by pneumatic.
- Equipped with scrape conveyor to vibrator.
