Function: It uses vacuum technology to firmly fix the plates at the bottom of the conveyor belt, ensuring stable and accurate transportation from the printer to the die cutting machine.
Features:
- Maximum sheet size: 1200x1650mm
- The whole vacuum transfer unit is fixed on the floor by the strong stand column and beam structure.
- The vacuum transfer unit consists of two (2) sections and one is fixed and another one can be sliding in the range of 800mm to fit different sheet size. Each section has independent drive by servo motor in order to keep and follow the speed of flexo printer.
- Installed kicking mechanism to move the sheet out of the transfer belt by the button.
- The vacuum transfe unit bed can be moved up and down motorized by button control in the range of 300mm maximum.
- It can fit for any brand of flat bed die cutter.
- With WIFI box for remote control.
