Automatic folder gluer and stitcher
- It can freely shift stitching or gluing function.
- High efficient with maximum stitching speed 1200 stitches/min and maximum machine speed 150m/min
- It’s suitable for 3-layer, 5-layer and 7-layer paperboard.
- Intelligent combined control by PLC, easy operation and stable production.
- Automatic self-check function. The machine will automatically stop when errors and touch screen shows the error and specific position in order to fast solve the error and reduce the error time.
1. Feeding section
- Servo control feeder, maximum machine speed is 150m/min. (According to paperboard width)
- Automatic adjustment the front gate, left/right side guide and sheet thickness
- Back stop adopts lifting device to fit various sizes of sheet feeding angle and ensure sheet feeding more smoothly.
2. Glue section
- Automatic glue by glue wheel.
3. Folding section
- Top belt press sheet and cooperate with lower suction belt to adjust the speed to make sure the alignment of upper and lower panel.
- Servo motor transmission and vacuum suction feeding to correct the fish tail.
- Pneumatic front buffle and servo drive back stop to eliminate the fish tail and wrong position error.
4. Stitching section
- Adopt high speed stitching head made in Taiwan which is efficient, stable and easy maintenance.
- Input stitching parameters in touch screen and synchronous with feeding section and folding section.
- Option inductive probe to fully monitor the production and improve the qualified rate of products.
5. Wire feeding section
- Wire disc is 20kg/disc.
- Auto induct and feeding by motor. No wire, wire break and wire jam cause auto stop to avoid the sheet waste.
6. Delivery section
- After box is completed, it is piled up from the bottom to the top by the conveyor belt. When the paper output reaches the setting amount, and the whole stack is neatly withdrawn by the pushing plate.
- There is a separate control button in this section to set automatic or manual control.
- Automatic patching mechanism is configured to further reduce carton dislocation and improve carton stitching accuracy.
- The control unit such as induction probe and counter can stack the finished product according to the design requirements, and then cooperate with the baler to realize the transfer of the finished product by one person.
