For the cutting, scoring, cut scoring, perforating and also for the cold stamping of materials made out of paper, paperboard, cardboard, corrugated cardboard, foils and also of plastic material, a platen has been developed, which offers the following advantages:

● Solid and compact construction of all machine parts

● Constant and precise run of the platen

● Low noise operation through special bearing application and sound absorbing capsule

● Double flying wheel structure make the machine running more stable

● High average output per hour through short cycle times and an ergonomically advantageous opening angle of the platen swing

● Closely stepped adjustment of the pressure via densely interlocked eccentric bushes.

● Flexible adjusting of the working process at a separate control panel with selector switch:

　　Manual control

● To guarantee a maximum of safety in the working process, the platen is equipped with:

　　Safety Floor Pedal

　　Safety Bar

　　Emergency Switch

　　Top Photo Sensors

　　Control Panel, which can be switched off and locked

● High operational reliability through an electro-magnetic clutch for the power transmission and the braking which make the machine run more safely and

　reliable.

● In addition, a central automatic pump lubrication system is integrated in the platen.
