Precautions for Single-Wall Cardboard Production Lines

Precautions for Operating a Single-Wave Corrugated Board Production Line: (1) Before starting up, carefully inspect all electrical circuits, air pipes, and air valves for leaks, and ensure that all lubrication points are properly greased. (2) Install the roll paper correctly onto the shaftless support according to the paper specifications outlined in the production notice. (3) Introduce steam to start the main motor; once the steam pressure reaches 8 kPa (and the corrugating roller temperature exceeds 160°C), begin feeding the paper into the machine. (4) Release the glue valve, slowly and steadily adjust the main motor speed control knob, then press the pressure button to produce single-face corrugated board, which is subsequently conveyed onto the conveyor bridge. (5) After completing production, first reset the glue coating roller, turn off the heat source and air valves, and set the main motor to low-speed operation. (6) Clean the glue coating rollers thoroughly, removing paper debris and carbonized glue residue from each roller. (7) Once the corrugating roller temperature drops to a safe, non-burning level, shut down the machine. If the equipment will remain idle for an extended period, apply anti-rust oil to protect the roller surfaces. (8) Regularly check that all valves and connections are functioning properly, and verify that all instruments are responsive and displaying accurate readings. (9) Maintain cleanliness of both the equipment and the surrounding work area, and be sure to complete the equipment operation log accurately.
